Gorg Project Gorg is a signage job that seeks to improve the tourist experience in the natural environment by promoting the good use of space. The Torrent de la Cabana, located in the village of Campdevànol (Ripollès, Girona, Catalonia), has reached an unsustainable operating limit. Due to initial havoc; caused by abrupt and unforeseen widespread growth, and due passiveness of the parties involved, the human impact has left deep scars in both; the environmental level and social sphere. 

To achieve this project, a diagnosis of “Torrent’s” current state has been carried out with the collaboration of several experts, in order to analyze three key factors: the space, the social environment and the emotional bond that the town’s residents have historically maintained with this environment. This study has resulted in the creation of a signage that is the graphic expression of a policy of firm action (supported by a harsh normative) that must be used to safeguard the conservation of the natural space..
